  • Coordinate getting bids, executing any agreements & contracts, and issuing and purchase orders

  • Custodial care of checking account

  • Track all debit and credit accounting entries


  • Working with owner / association, create working budget for property

  • Generate a long-term plan for reserves and capital improvements

Reporting and Record Retention

  • Monthly detail on ledger entries

  • Monthly detail of income statement


SOMARI despite being a relatively new company, is led by staff with extensive experience in managing properties in Florida.  Rosa Ricardo, the owner of Somari, has over 20 years of experience working with project management. Isabel graduated in 1994 with a bachelor‘s degree of business administration majoring in Economy and specializing in Finance from UNALM, Lima, Peru. She previously worked specializing in project investment analysis for small and medium size companies. In 2003, she began working with INFINITY BH, LTD Real Estate Investment, one of SOMARI’s clients, as an operations manager where she gained the experience that led to the formation SOMARI in 2012.



Our fees vary depending on your needs and the scope of the work. We can set up a meeting and create a package that meets your needs and your pocket.
The fee for full service is usually a flat fee per occupied unit (which means when the property is vacant, there is no fee). We keep our clients’ best interest at the forefront of our business practices and take the steps necessary to maintain occupancy staying up-to-date with all rental transactions.
